No delivery or assistance from Carmen from Simply Everything

Ordered art pencils for school at the beginning of December 2025. Still not delivered in April 2026. No comms or anything from the company, I keep having to email them for updates - and it takes several tries before they respond. Customer Service definitively not up to standard. I understand things go out of stock and on back order but the least you can do is keep your customers informed. Pencils were required for the first school semester; we are on the 2nd now with no input.
