worst service I've ever received

On Tuesday the 22nd of March at 3 pm I entered Simply Delicious in Milnerton and it seemed as if the place was not open cause no1 helping or offering to assist. I had to as if the place was open or closed and I was told \ what do it say on the door\" . Then placed a order for three lamb curry rotties and a few samosas, asked them to have the rotties ready for me at 17:15 and I was taking the samosas with me and she couldn't tell me the type of samosas she was giving me. Picked up my Rotties at 17:25 and discovered that they only made 2 and then insisted they can make me another 1 which I needed to wait 10 mins for instead of giving my money back for the one I already paid for. I couldn't asked for my money back but needed to leave cause I had no time to wait. "
