Bad service from waiter not admitting he was wrong

So today 06 December 2023 myself and my wife went to simply black coffee shop in willow way centre Pretoria east I've ordered a pie gravy and chips we have waited almost an hour for our order the waiter came to us and told us that my cottage pie will almost be ready when I said I didn't order that I've ordered an pie gravy and chips he came with an attitude saying "that they way I have pronounced it was incorrect and that it's my fault" I then told him how can a pie gravy and chips all of a sudden be a cottage pie he then said he heard I said cottage pie, when we received our food the pie was burnt under chips cold and my wife still had to wait for her food her mash was also watery. The service we received was not of standard I am not one to complain about service but the service I got today is not on.
