Worst sickening disrespectful customer treatment by lizette

The nelspruit riverside branch has a new manger that treats clients like trash no respect for customers. I have been their client for 4 years and today I received the most cruel, disrespectful treatment from the manager Lizzette she couldn't even have the decency to call or answer my calls she just sent a WhatsApp - unprofessionalism at it's best. The previous managers knew how to keep clients and treat with respect ( the value of clients) this one will run the business to the ground ...... and most of the loyal long term clients have been treated as such
