Poor unhygienic and false advertising

We booked at the guest house through bookings.com Upon arrival the room is dirty Spiders running on wall Behind bed never cleaned Left over food under matress Room next to dog kennels Owner Antoinette claim we are only looking for excuses not to stay there She is busy with false advertising and should be investigated by department of health She said we can do what we want will not be refund as she is moving in 3 weeks
