Aramex SUCKS!!!!

The worst customer service because your delivery system is out of wack. I run a business where I have to deliver to my own customers. I phoned today because a customer did not receive their parcel on the 6th April as promised and as stated that it would in your terms. The lady on the other side of the phone couldn't event tell me when the parcel will be delievered??? I paid for a shocking service!!!
