No response for weeks

<p>Theres been a misunderstanding somewhere where R400 has been deducted from my account. I have send an email asking for them to assist and if possible reverse the paymant and cancel any subscription. This is a lot of money to just take and the site is not even working properly. I feel disappointed with Simplesite for not even answering my mails. </p>
