Not taking responisbility

Simmons SA complaint was addressed last week to Simmons United States, with the hope that they will respond to the matter faster than South Africa. Shocking enough they have not responded either. <br> This matter made me realized, never to buy a Simmons bed ever!!!! Bad Customer Service, Bad attitude and not taking responsibility on factory problems. As this matter has been discussed to the owner of where the bed was bought-he also confirmed Simmons is a supplier who does not take responsibility on problems, unless you take the matter further- which we are busy doing... this is ridiculous. <br> Hello Peter we need your help !!!!
