None Deposit refund

<p>I gave the company a full 30 days notice that I will be vacating the property, The notice was given on the 1st October 2016 and I vacated the property on the 1st November 2016. The property was inspected for damages and nothing was reported to be damaged. The management of the company has not refunded my depost of R8 250.00 even today. I repotred the matter to Housing Tribunal with a reference number RTCW-0005/17. The Tribunal invited us for a sitting but the company representative Jacob Sithole did not show up on that day which was 09/03/2017. The matter was resolved in a defualt judgement but since then nothing is happening. The Tribunal is not responding to my e-mails and the my deposit is still outstanding. </p>
