FAIS non compliance! Breach of TCF principles and Code of conduct!!!

Richard Tyler CEO of Simeka please help! The service levels are horrific! I am trying to get assistance for months even via a Broker to no avail. How are your FAIS reps selected? Definitely not fit and proper!
