Provident fund claim

I resigned l effective from January 2025 and submitted a provident fund claim to Simeka in February 2025. Even to day I am still waiting for the payout and I am not told what is the cause of the delays. One consultant who is a broker is trying shame but you can tell that Simeka itself is full of unprofessional and *********** staff. Obviously no one would ever want to experience what i am going through now and I am not going to recommend anyone to use Sanlam services. I am done with Sanlam.
