There is so much potential for this estate...

It is a nice estate, but it is far from the best. I lived here for two years about six years ago and then came back because I still have friends in the estate, and it has not changed one bit. I was disappointed to see that there are not even sidewalks or paved hiking trails in most of the estate still, and according to my friends, many projects to add more to the estate have fallen through. I do not know what is going on, but whoever is running this place, the board as they call themselves, needs to start innovating because the place has stagnated.
