Simbithi used to be a promising estate...

The general managers just get more and more *********** and low-level. The estate is just managing at this point whereas with the initial board of directors, it was not only flourishing but innovative and fresh! The current board can't even be bothered to use a consistent design language across the estate or maintain the ugly brick roads that they insist on keeping around on our side. I hope that new, wealthier tenants come in and raise the bar because the current board is just a bunch of old, out of touch nobodies.
