Simbithi needs a president with more vision because they have some annoying issues to fix.

I have lived in the estate for a few months now (I will be in Ballito for work for a year), and I am not too impressed. It is one of the better estates, and no estate is perfect (because the home owners constantly vote against their own interests, uncultured swines), but this estate has a lot of issues. Let me list them:

1.) They do not use insecticide because they are an "Eco-Estate" so people are basically living in filth with all of their insect infestations.

2.) They refuse to remove the highly annoying ******s that will actually go into your house to ***** and sh*t on your property and assault children.

3.) There is no cell signal in most of the estate. You have millionaires here, but there are no towers or bars anywhere? A friend of mine brought this to my attention (he also lives in the estate).

4.) The roads are super thin, too thin, and there are no side walks throughout most of it. Instead if using the money from these ugly new apartments throughout to build better and wider roads and sidewalks, they would rather invest in re-bricking the roads near their MAIN entrances. Yeah, neglect the rest since it is not often seen.

5.) There is no indoor pool. You would think that an estate with a gym, country club, golf courses, community centres, tennis court, and dams would have an indoor pool, but nope! Especially in this disgusting weather.

6.) They do not even use insecticide on their TRAILS. If you get bitten by a poisonous spider then bad luck! They do not care. Their trails are very poorly maintained.

7.) People do not maintain their lawns all the time. There are not a lot of standards for that set by the HOA, I think, so a lot of people's houses and lawns look rickety. I would not want to own here, that's for sure.

8.) TOO MANY SPEED HUMPS. Hey! This estate is crawling with them and not a single one is a pedaestrian crossing. They are way too f*cking high and damage cars even when you go 10kph over them which you have to do since they are so high and sharp. It is ridiculous. Just implement more speed checkers and speed limit signs!! there is not a single speed limit sign in the estate yet there are 40+ speed bumps.
