WASTE OF TIME

Good day..<br> I have laid a complaint over 7mtnhs ago and was promised vouchers and an APOLOGY letter and I waited and waited and I called in again and was told that they will re-send it, so I guess there never sent it in the first place, well I am still waiting for the letters....<br> Now I think the next time I have a problem with this product I should just broadcast it of social media..<br> <br> REF-15-07-1492<br> thanks for nothing.
