VERY POOR QUALITY AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE

I have just purchased a party bag sized Sour Cream and Mild Chilli flavoured pack of Doritos. I opened the product, and to my surprise we began finding extremely hard lumps of solidified and burnt chip throughout the bag, which is definitely not up to standard. As a customer, you would expect a product that has gone through necessary quality checks when spending money. This was certainly not evident. I have mailed their customer care line and received no response. I will not be buying any Simba product again soon!!!
