Very disappointing service

I must say how disappointed I am with Simba Nik Naks. I logged my complaint on their website on 5 Feb 2023 and a month and 5 days later I'm still waiting. I was sent an automatic message saying someone will call me rep**** back with my contact number and still no response. I bought the 50x20g pack and there was less then 30 packs inside.
