Unsatisfactory feedback

<p>I recently lodged a compaint with Simba PTY LTD and the response I received is not satisfactory.</p> <p>Basically I found some particles in their product and they collected the product for testing. The response I got is that they don't know the nature or origin of the substance. What upsets me is that they make it sound like I'm fabricating things. Unfortunately I didn't think of taking a sample of this before I could give them the product back. My worry is that I ingested the product. What if it causes some problems with my health? </p>
