Unpleasant experience

Good day I've logged in an complain with Simba about a product I've bought and had a bad experience eating it so I contacted the Customer care service and they've collected the item so I'm waiting on their reply and find that they are very slow in their response back...as of yet nobody informed me how they will deal with the matter regarding my bad experience I've had.
