Unhappy with Service Delivery From Simba

<p>Last year Nov 2015 i complained at Simba regards to their packaging , the customer centre service said they will send me a voucher till to date i havent received it the times i called they said it will take up to 6 weeks , i send e-mails no feedback the Ref No they gave me then was Ref No :15#11#1579 , it was changed when i gave them another Postal adress however i cant find it .</p>
