UNHAPPY CLIENT

Hi,

I tried to phone Simba's Complaint department numerous times on *** and sent emails. I bought a packet of Cheese flavour Simba chips for my kids. Yesterday (1 December) they ate the chips and almost the whole packet. The last few chips my daughter called me and showed me something green that is on the chips, looks like plastic, fiberglass rubber. What if my 4-year-old thought it was normal and ate those chips with whatever you want to call it? I need this matter to be resolved!! I have photos and would share them!
