Unhappy and appalled

Good day

My name is Chanel De Wet-Jantjies. Yesterday 01/10/2017 I purchased a 36g packet of sour cream and onion flavoured Lays chips from my local house shop. The packet was so blown up, but once I opened it, I was appalled by what was inside, I literally got 1chip inside. The entire packet was filled with air and a chip. I'm not one to complain, but this was very disappointing, especially because I paid R7.00 for a bag of air and a chip...
