Unacceptable

Good day<br> <br> I bought a pack of Simba Chips at the Jeffrey's bay Fruit and Veg store, when I got home the pack of chips was old and tasted horrible. When I checked the sell by date the pack expired the 04/10/2015, this is unacceptable to say the least. I did not take the pack of chips back yet, for I only opened it after 5, and since I am going to waste R20 worth of petrol for a R11 pack of chips, it is a waste of time and money. I am a firm believer that you should get your moneys worth. I am very disappointed in the quality of products. This is not the first time I have this experience, there is already 2 stores selling these packets of chips which already expired. Your product is getting worse by the day. My family buys simba on a daily basis, but I really had enough now. Your consultants called me with previous complaints but nothing was done to the matter???? I am wasting my money on a product that I loved for years. I am NOT keen at all to purchase another Pack of Simba again. I had to many bad experiences with the brand. Also it seems like you do not care about a customer complaint? <br> <br>
