Thankful

So I bought one of Simba's products and ate it while eating I bit on hard piece of plastic which came out of that sealed packet and immediately reported it to them via their Customer service and within 5 working days I got response back and they've also redeemed with a Voucher...

I'm thankful they responded to my mail and excepted being at fault.....
