Terrible service

Pretty disgusted with Simba. Got food poisoning from one of their packets. Made a complaint, received an SMS with a reference for me to waste my airtime in calling back - Ref SM24-03-1036. Subsequently asked to send images of the packet and proof of purchase - did this, no response. And then that was the end of it. No mail, no call, no feedback! My sister got food poisoning from a different packet of chips - no feedback there either!
