Tasteless Chutney Simba Chips

I bought Chutney simba chips in October and they had no flavor, made Simba aware and sent batch numbers. I was sent a Checkers voucher thereafter though there isn't any in my area. I bought the same chips from the same store Spar Bromhof and the experience was the same, I sent another complaint through and told the lady who assisted me that I don't have a Checkers in my area. The batch number was exactly the same as the previous one, I only received a call from that lady once and was later followed by an R80.00 voucher. The problem is Simba is really missing the point here, I don't think they took time to even investigate what might have been the problem with that batch but rather assumed that I am just one of "those ones" who go around looking for freebies! I would have requested a sponsor from you guys if I needed free chips, there should be a process to that. But wanting me to drive around looking for a checkers or shoprite which I don't have in my area is nothing but an insult!!! I will most probably spend more fuel looking to be spend this voucher, why don't they then send that voucher to the spar I bought from!! This is nothing but an insult, one of the male consultant that called me with the first complaint was also very condescending.
