28 Aug 2018, 17:20I apologise for denigrating Simba customer service. Simba sent a voucher to replace the stale Lays crisps. My husband has bought Lays and Nik Naks since then. Both were inedible. Come on Simba! Bring back the quality you always delivered and pack the food before goes stale.
