Stale chip

This is the second time i've had this encounter with Nik naks chips of being stale and hard as a brick 2 chew. The first time i had this encounter i sent an email to their customer care department and till to date i have never received any feedback. Im very disappointed and i feel ****** for my money because i will have to throw away both stripes i bought cause im pretty sure both stripes are stale. The date is the 21st of May 2021. Simba please intervene, as this is really not how you business or keep your comsumers happy. I really love nic naks and so does my 2 year old, if this is how you intend to do business you will sure loose me.
