Simba worst ever

We bought 3 packets of salt and vinegar chips from Makro some month ago. On opening the first packet we got the taste of bad oil. We later opened another packet, same taste. And so the 3rd one. We enjoyed simba chips but with this we are now no longer convinced Simba is the better quality. I feel that this needs to be addressed and a suitable response from Simba.

Two weeks ago I submitted all the proof they requested and since then no further engagament on resolving this issue.

They are to big and untouchable, what a shame.

What ever happened to customer satisfaction.
