Simba Vouchers are just a hoax!!

<p>Good day,</p> <p>· On the 25 July 2017, I did a follow-up on the below email but did not get no response</p> <p>· On the 2 June 2017, I logged a complaint with Simba</p> <p>· On the 7th June 2017, Riaan phoned me & requested my address to forward vouchers (ref. 17-06-741) – Below email trail</p> <p>· On the 27 June 2017, I emailed back to confirm that I did not receive any vouchers</p> <p>· On the 29th June 2017, customer care phoned & apologised, as Riaan took down the incorrect address. He asked for my new address & he assusred me that I will receive the vouchers in 14 days.</p> <p>· Its been almost 2 month & I did not receive any vouchers</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Ronald Moonsamy</p>
