Simba products not satisfactory at all!!

I am getting really sick and tired of Simba selling stale old hard chips. Twice I have bought the flaming hot niknaks and both times it was hard and old. I almost broke a tooth. I contacted them the 1st time on 25 February 2024 when I bought the 1st packet. They never even bothered to reply to my email. Today I bought the chips again and again it was hard old stuff. I have sent them an email again today for a 2nd time.
