Pathetic service cust nr 439509 Never receives your order. Struggling since May to retrieve our 1 x box Chipniks short delivered at store. Spoke to Jerome ,then Ashley, then Charles... keep on promising and passing the bucket. Waiting nearly 3 weeks now for a order of 27 boxes. Telesales always in 'processing and will phone back '. But no one ever knows what happens to my order. Utterly bad service . W/apps on my cell nr as proof of conversations. Why dont they close rather ? Also send email to Isando now. Pathetic
