SIMBA LIES TO LITTLE KIDS.....

in 2019 my 9 year old son bought him a bag of lays when he got to the car it was just a bag of crumbs. the shop owner refused to take it back .. so I informed Simba about it in 2019 its almost 2021 and they have been promising since December 2019 to send him a voucher .. every time you call in they made either 1 or 2 mistakes and the voucher needs to be resent..... and this making my 9 year old looking like a hungry fool for his voucher as everyday he checks the mail box... and FYI who still mails things... STOP THE LIES AND JUST SAY YOU NOT DOING WHAT YOU SAID YOU WOULD....SIMBA LIES TO LITTLE KIDS.....
