Simba, King of Stale

Purchased a bale of niknaks in December of which every second if not every packet was stale. I lodged a complaint and was smsed a reference number. I was called by a consultant who wanted to know exactly how many packets of the bale were stale even though I told her that there was roughly half a bale left and that I can't tell her exactly how many were stale as they were eaten by my family as well. I was once again given a reference number and that's the end of it. All I now want is an address to drop off the balance of the bale as nobody is prepared to eat the junk stale niknaks even though we may get a few fresh packets in between.
