simba has bad customer service

I bought a packet of chips for friends birthday party. When we opened chips i was humiliated. I am a child . I took a bite n realised that there was insects in the packet of chips . I am very disappointed at their product and their customer service. They message one week later via sms with reference number,no phone call and no reply from the 2 emails sent to simba
