Simba Empty and Stale Baler Packets!

To whom it may concern,

My husband and I buy atleast two bales of Cheetos and Nik Naks each month for a snack for work. However this month there was two packets of chips that was filled with air and nothing else. A lot of the chips were also stale.

I would like to know how I can go about being compensated as we would hate to stop buying these bales each month? We have always trusted and loved the Simba brand.

The above is what I have mailed through twice and have not received any feedback.
