Simba chips quality a shame

The quality of Simba chips is just a disgrace. They have lost me forever as from this evening. I have been giving it a chance over and over again, but the chips are stone hard and almost the whole pack is burnt chips. There is NOTHING enjoyable about it anymore and I will for sure never buy it again, but choose other brands.
