Simba chips found burnt in bag

I have been supporting simba chips for years and this is not the first time that I have noticed how poor the quality of chips have become. This afternoon I purchased a bag of salt and vinegar chips and 30% of the bag had burnt chips. All brown and tasted terrible. Not only do we get less chips in a bag but we now have to accept the burnt chips too.
