Simba chips are horrible think before buying

Lately I have been purchasing lays the spring onion flavor and to my dissatisfaction I have been getting burnt chips all of the time. My latest packet was Nik naks and it has something thick and black stuck on it. And when I sent an email to Simba they keep on ignoring my mails. IS THIS THE STANDARD OF SIMBA QUALITY. ITS HORRIBLE. I'm not sure how many people have expected what I have this is unexceptable coming from Simba. They chips are expensive so I do expect quality
