Simba - Cheese and Onion every packet has browned or burned chips

Every big packet of cheese and onions crisps from Simba has been majority burnt chips. I tried calling the customer care but no one answers. This is unacceptable as it is R20 a packet and majority of the contents is brown or burned chips!
