Rotten,chips

Bought 8 packets of Niknaks on Monday 13 January 2020 at Pick and Pay (was on special) . We opened the first packet in the car and was fresh as always. The second packet was opened at home, the bbq flavor and the chips were rotten and moist and was stinking, . I sent Simba an email via the Link on Facebook and an email to their complaints department and up do date i have not received any response.The shop can not be held liable for this error as the date is for end 2020 and Simba has really disappointed me by not responding. I have the chips wrapped in a paperbag as im not going to drive to any shop to exchange as Simba needs to fix this error. This is very disappointing.
