Product is bad and poor customer service

On 04/12/2019 i bought a packet of Simba tomato sauce flavour. They tasted so bad like they are expired but the expiring date is 25/01/2019. I sent an email on 05/12/2019 to *** and i got a reply that i have to send my contact number but until today no one has ever called me. This is very bad for Simba as I was complaining about their bad product which they always claim to keep high standard on. Also their poor response to customers.
