Poor service Simba

On 19th Feb 2025 I purchased a bale of 12x50gm munchies cheese chips and of bale one pack was half full and other pack was stale before selling by date I lodged complaint via complaint email as number given online is non existant Got ref SM25-02-900 LEE APRIL was contact consultant via email I submitted images of chips as well as filled in questionaire and returned to email address to date complaint not been resolved
