Poor service and bad quality

For such a big potato crisp company, there quality is dropping. No customer care at all. Many people complain on social media and simba just ignores all correspondence. I tried several times to contact simba regarding stale chips, only to recieve automated replies which are lies. No one follows up and there phone lines are never answered...
