Poor Service

We are a retailer in Pinetown Durban we have a simba rep who does not know how to do his job. He does not do check ups and when does come in store he always has a story. Earlier on this week we tried to contact him and ask him if he is coming he answered no and put the phone down. We have staff who can confirm this. This has been going on for months. We even tried to contact simba pinetown they provided us with his managers number which just rings. Is this how simba employees behave and is this the type of service you offer ?
