Poor Service

<br> <br> I would like to bring to attention a complaint against simba<br> <br> We own a supermarket and have been supporting simba for over 20 years....however through the last 2 years we been having endless nightmares trying to get the reps to come and take an order ....when we call it doesnt help much....we currently in a situation where we have very little stock of some and no stock of other flavour.....and the last they came around was last year .....and after numerous complaints the situation remains the same.
