Poor quality product, worse service

I completed a complaint form on the simba website weeks ago and to date no response. I also see from the hellopeter reviews that simba and pepsi do not respond to complaints. I found brunt chips in my fritos, guess they do care about quality assurance. Disappointed by the product and service
