Poor customer relations

If I could rate Simba -1 star I definitely would. Complained of their product on the 9th September and was contacted and advised that feedback would be sent within 7-14 working days. It's been over 2 months and still nothing has been communicated. For such a huge brand to have such poor customer relations is appaling!
