Pathetic customer service.

Bought a packet of doritos chips upon opening it I found it a bit less fresh than normal after eating a few I realized the that the back seam of the packet wasn't sealed.

What was more frustrating. O called the customer careline to report it on the 1st of october(Tuesday) ***-10-9. I was told that somebody will contact me withing 72 hours. But guess what.....nobody did. I actually had to waste my time submitting photos on the WhatsApp number provided. Simba really doesn't care about their customers. Especially if you take into consideration the price of the goods, you think you buying quality and along with that good customer service.
