Pack of chips contaminated with foreign objects.
I have a case logged with Pepsi.co on a product I purchased on 24th September 2025 that was contaminated. I reported the issue on 25th September providing all supporting details (photos, batch number, receipt, and store information). They responded on 29th September with a reference number. After following up on 8th October, I was informed that a voucher had been sent — which I likely deleted while clearing a flood of SMS messages. I shared screenshots to prove this and was told the voucher would be checked for validity. Despite ongoing follow-ups, the matter remained and only got a voucher 24th October when I requested senior-level escalation due to repeated responses and lack of progress. I followed with another mail on the 27th October asking if they are prohibiting me from escalating and they are quite to now. I was instructed to keep the contaminated pack for a potential investigation and immediately provided my address as requested. Since then, I have received no apology whatsoever for the contamination and no update on the investigation’s outcome, despite numerous follow-ups. The ongoing silence, lack of accountability, and utter disregard for a customer is beyond unacceptable. This isn’t a minor inconvenience — it’s a serious food safety concern, and the way it’s being handled is both irresponsible and alarming.
